Turkey Chili

Ingredients Used:

 2 l Ground Turkey
 1 Yellow Onion, chopped
 1 Green Bell Pepper, chopped
 4 Roma Tomatoes
 4 Cloves of Garlic, Minced
 24 oz Tomato Sauce
 30 oz Kidney Beans
 2 tbsp Chili Powder
 1 tbsp Cumin
 1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
 Sea Salt & Pepper to taste

Heat the Roma tomatoes in a skillet on medium-high heat for 10 minutes each side. Remove from heat and dice.

Cook the turkey on medium heat in a well-seasoned cast-iron skillet. Add cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, sea salt, and pepper to taste.

Immediately add the onion and bell pepper. Continue mixing until turkey is fully cooked.

Transfer the turkey to a pot and add tomato sauce, garlic, and diced Roma tomatoes.

Add kidney beans and chili powder. Stir and let simmer on low for 1-2 hours. Stir occasionally.
