Slow-Cooked Leg of Lamb

Ingredients Used:

Fine Ground Celtic Sea Salt

All other ingredients may be found at your local health foods store! Be sure to buy organic, especially the spices. Spices are grown in foreign countries that have less strict regulations on chemical usage. Plus, organic spices taste way better!

 1 Leg of Lamb, thinly sliced
 ¼ cup Green Onions, chopped
 4 Cloves of Garlic, chopped
 1 Lime, juice of
 ¼ cup Cilantro
 1 tbsp Ghee
For the seasoning
 1 tbsp Cumin
 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
 1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
 1 tsp Celtic Sea Salt

Season the thinly sliced leg of lamb with cumin, cayenne pepper, red pepper flakes, and sea salt mix. Add the juice from one lime and cilantro.

Add the ghee to a medium skillet over low-medium heat. Once evenly coated, add the green onions and garlic.

Next add the slices of lamb until the skillet is completely covered.

Cook the lamb for 4 minutes per side.

Repeat steps 3 and 4 until all the meat is finished.
