 ¾ cup Butter
 1.50 cups Coconut Sugar
 1 tsp Baking Powder
 ¼ tsp Baking Soda
 1.50 cups Sprouted Brown Rice Flour
 2 Eggs
 ¼ tsp Sea Salt
 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
 2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
 2 cups Bob's Red Mill Steel Cut Oats
 ½ cup Rasins

Cream the butter.

Add all ingredients except the oats, raisins, and 1/2 the flour. Mix thoroughly.

Add the rest of the flour and continue mixing.

Add the oats and and raisins and continue mixing.

Place approx. 1 tbsp of cookie dough on cookie sheet 2 inches apart.

Bake at 375ºF for 10-15 minutes.

Remove from oven and let cool on a plate.
