Gluten-Free Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
Ingredients Used:
Bob’s Red Mill Organic Steel Cut Oats
All other ingredients may be found at your local health foods store! The coconut sugar and sprouted brown rice flour were both purchased from Thrive Market.

Cream the butter.
Add all ingredients except the oats, raisins, and 1/2 the flour. Mix thoroughly.
Add the rest of the flour and continue mixing.
Add the oats and and raisins and continue mixing.
Place approx. 1 tbsp of cookie dough on cookie sheet 2 inches apart.
Bake at 375ºF for 10-15 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool on a plate.
Serve.
