I saw this recipe on my friend Marlon Azurdia's Instagram story and decided to add my own little twist to it. This recipe is good for lunch and dinner! This recipe is quick and easy! This is a great option for vegans and vegetarians. Make it a delicious paleo/keto recipe by adding some wild caught shrimp!

 2 English Cucumbers
 8 Roma Tomatoes
 2 Avocados
 1 Lime
 Sea Salt to taste

 12 oz Wild-Caught Shrimp
 1 tsp Chili Powder

Dice the cucumbers, tomatoes, and avocados. Combine them in a large mixing bowl.

Squeeze the juice from one lime and add sea salt to taste. Mix.

Sauté the shrimp in a medium saucepan until pink and opaque. Add the chili powder.

Mix in the salad.
