Gluten Free Banana Bread
Ingredients Used:
Almond Flour Blanched (2lb)
Organic Tapioca Flour (2.5lbs)
Spectrum Essentials Organic Ground Flaxseed, 24 oz
Bragg USDA Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar
Rumford, Baking Powder, 8.1 oz
Fine Ground Celtic Sea Salt
The eggs and bananas may be found at your local health food stores. Be sure to buy organic, free-range eggs!
This banana bread is the answer to all your gluten-free wishes! Four bananas are all you need for the perfect amount of sweetness without giving you any cravings.
In a small bowl, thoroughly combine almond flour, tapioca flour, flax seed meal, baking powder, & sea salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk 4 eggs until frothy. (approx. 3 minutes)
Add 2 tsp apple cider vinegar & continue mixing.
Add bananas smash with a potato masher.
Once the bananas are smashed, continue whisking until smooth.
Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix thoroughly.
Pour the mixture into a well-greased 9” x 5” loaf pan.
Bake for 60 minutes at 350º F or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool for 30 minutes
