Tomato Sauce
This recipe will help you avoid all the added sugars and industrial seed oils they add into most store-bought tomato sauces.
16 oz Cherry/Sugar Plum/Grape Tomatoes
3 Cloves Garlic, Minced
¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Sea Salt & Pepper to taste

Add the olive oil, tomatoes, sea salt, and pepper in a medium skillet on low heat. Cover and let simmer for 15 minutes.

Add the garlic and let simmer for 5 more minutes.

Pour all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
