Chipotle-Lime Shrimp
This recipe is great to add to salads with some cilantro-avocado dressing.
1 lb Wild-Caught Shrimp, peeled and deveined
¼ cup Avocado Oil
1 Lime
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
2 tbsp Cilantro, chopped
2 tsp Chipotle Powder
1 tsp Pepper
Sea Salt to taste

In a small bowl, mix together the avocado oil, chipotle powder, garlic, lime juice, cilantro, sea salt, and pepper.

Once mixed, soak the shrimp for approximately 20 minutes.

In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, cook the shrimp for approximately 4 minutes per side or until pink and opaque.

Serve with your choice of veggies or salad with cilantro-avocado dressing.
