Gluten Free Banana Bread
This banana bread is the answer to all your gluten-free wishes! Four bananas are all you need for the perfect amount of sweetness without giving you any cravings.
4 Eggs
4 Bananas
1 ½ cups Almond Flour
¾ cup Tapioca Flour
⅓ cup Flax Seed Meal
2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
½ tsp Baking Powder
1 pinch Celtic Sea Salt

In a small bowl, thoroughly combine almond flour, tapioca flour, flax seed meal, baking powder, & sea salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk 4 eggs until frothy. (approx. 3 minutes)

Add 2 tsp apple cider vinegar & continue mixing.

Add bananas smash with a potato masher.

Once the bananas are smashed, continue whisking until smooth.

Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix thoroughly.

Pour the mixture into a well-greased 9” x 5” loaf pan.

Bake for 60 minutes at 350º F or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Cool for 30 minutes
